Operational Principle:
Wet materials are seamlessly introduced via the feeder to the uppermost layer of the drying plate. The rotating rake arm, fitted with rake blades, ensures continuous flipping of materials. Materials traverse the drying plate surface in an exponential spiral pattern, seamlessly transitioning from the small drying plates' outer edges to the larger drying plates below. This alternating arrangement of large and small plates facilitates uninterrupted material flow throughout the dryer.
Heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt circulate through the hollow drying plate. These mediums enter from one end and exit from the other. Once dried, materials descend through the layers to the aggregate tray, where rake blades transport them to the discharge port.
