The Heavy-Duty Xsg Series Spin Flash Dryer operates by introducing hot air tangentially at the base of the dryer, creating a powerful rotating wind field through the agitator. Material enters the dryer via a screw feeder, encountering high-speed rotating mixing paddles that exert impact, friction, and shear forces, rapidly crushing the bulk. This facilitates full contact with hot air for efficient heating and drying. The dried material is then transported to the dust collection system for processing, while the exhaust gas, with a dust content of 50mg/m3, is emitted via the induced draft fan, completing the entire drying cycle.
