For paste materials from dehydrated filter cakes, it efficiently handles drying after granulation or strip formation.
Principle:Materials are expertly dispersed on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt by a feeder. This belt navigates through the dryer via a sophisticated driving mechanism. The dryer itself consists of several independent units where hot air circulates individually. Moisture-laden exhaust is managed by a specialized dehumidifying fan, with exhaust gas flow regulated by a precise valve system. This system meticulously balances heat, moisture removal, and drying processes. The belt's speed is adjustable to suit material temperature, ensuring continuous delivery of perfectly dried products. For enhanced flexibility, the system can be equipped with customizable up and down cycle units and the number of units can be tailored to specific requirements.

The material is uniformly distributed across the mesh belt by the feeder, constructed from resilient 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, adeptly guided by a transmission device through the dryer. This state-of-the-art dryer consists of multiple units, each boasting an autonomous hot air circulation system. Selective exhaust gas is expertly managed via control valves and expelled by a specialized dehumidifying fan. In the upper circulation unit, the air propelled by the circulating fan enters the unit's lower chamber, ascending through heater 7 for precise heating. This air is meticulously directed by distributor 6, transforming into a jet flow through the mesh belt, facilitating seamless heat and mass transfer within the material layer. The upper chamber, seamlessly linked to the fan inlet, recycles gas, with cooler, moisture-rich gas channeled through large exhaust pipes. The lower circulation unit follows a complementary path: air first enters through the upper chamber, heats as it descends through the exchanger, passes through the material layer, and enters the lower chamber, ensuring flexible configuration to meet user demands.
Our advanced equipment excels in dehydrating vegetables, utilizing a sequential three-set arrangement for initial, intermediate, and final drying phases. In the early drying stage, the strategy adapts to accommodate high moisture content, optimizing material thickness, pace, and drying temperature. Notably, temperatures can soar beyond 120°C in this initial phase. The final dry section extends the material's retention time by 3-6 times compared to the initial stage, with material thickness increasing by 2-4 times. To comply with a temperature cap of 60°C, drying gas around 80°C is employed. By harnessing a multi-stage combination, the belt dryer delivers uniform, optimized drying performance, enhancing efficiency and product quality.
