Vacuum drying is a sophisticated process where materials are heated and dried under vacuum conditions. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy, such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil, is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the dried material through the inner shell.
2) Under mechanical power drive, the tank rotates slowly, continually mixing the materials inside, thereby enhancing the drying efficiency.
3) As the material is in a vacuum state, the reduced vapor pressure causes the surface moisture (or solvent) to reach saturation and evaporate. This vapor is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. The moisture (or solvent) within the material permeates outward, evaporates, and is evacuated continuously, achieving efficient drying in a short period.
