Principle:
The dryer features densely arranged wedge-shaped hollow shafts with hollow blades that facilitate heat conduction via the axial flow of heat mediums. This design achieves an expansive heat transfer area within a compact unit volume, with the medium temperature ranging from -40ºC to 320ºC. Heat mediums may include water vapor or various liquids like water and oil. Indirect conduction heating ensures minimal heat loss to the environment, thanks to an efficient insulation layer. The self-cleaning wedge-shaped blades maintain pristine heat transfer surfaces, ensuring optimal performance.
