Principle:The material is meticulously spread on the mesh belt by a sophisticated feeder. The belt, made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel, is methodically moved through the dryer by an advanced driving system. The dryer consists of multiple units, each with independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan partially expels tail gas, while a regulating valve manages exhaust, ensuring precise heat and moisture removal. The belt's movement is adjustable, tailored to the material's temperature needs, and continuously delivers finished products to the feeder. The cycle unit configuration is adaptable, allowing users to customize the number of units to suit specific requirements.
