Materials are introduced via a screw feeder, experiencing intense impact, friction, and shearing forces from high-speed rotating paddles. This causes rapid disintegration, ensuring thorough contact with hot air for efficient heating and drying. The dry materials are seamlessly transferred to the dust collection system for processing, while exhaust gases carrying a dust content of 50mg/m3 are expelled via the induced draft fan, completing the drying cycle.
