Overview:
Our flash dryer operates by introducing hot air tangentially into the dryer's base, which, driven by an agitator, creates a powerful rotating wind field. Materials fed via a screw feeder into the dryer are rapidly broken down under the high-speed rotating paddle's robust impact, friction, and shear force. This process ensures thorough contact with hot air, leading to efficient heating and drying. The dried material is subsequently collected and processed in the dust collection system, with exhaust gases maintaining a dust content of 50mg/m³ expelled by the induced draft fan, completing an efficient and comprehensive drying cycle.

- Featuring high circumferential gas velocity within the drying chamber and minimal material residence time, our system effectively prevents material adhesion to the chamber walls and averts deterioration of heat-sensitive items. This results in the production of uniformly powdered products in one seamless operation, eliminating the need for additional crushing and screening processes.

Concurrently, the feeder adds material quantitatively into the tower, facilitating intense heat exchange with the hot air. Larger, moister materials undergo mechanical pulverization under the agitator's influence, while smaller, drier particles ascend with the rotating airflow to the separator for gas-solid separation. The finished products are then collected and packaged, with exhaust gases treated by a dust removal device before discharge.
