Materials enter through a screw feeder and, under the forceful action of high-speed mixing paddles, are pulverized by impact, friction, and shear. This ensures complete contact with hot air, resulting in efficient heating and drying, with dried material swiftly collected by a dust system. The process culminates as exhaust gas, containing 50mg/m3 of dust, is emitted via an induced draft fan, completing a seamless drying process.
