Principle:
Our system features densely packed wedge-shaped hollow shafts with hollow blades. Heat medium flows through these blades, offering a vast surface area for heat transfer. Ranging from -40ºC to 320ºC, the heat medium can be water vapor or liquid types like water and oil. The indirect conduction heating ensures heat is retained within the material, minimizing loss to the environment thanks to an insulating layer. The wedge-shaped blades maintain a pristine heat transfer surface by self-cleaning as they scrub the wedge surface material attachments, ensuring peak operational efficiency.
