Operational Principle:
In this ingenious system, wet materials are seamlessly fed from the feeder onto the first-tier drying plate at the apex of the dryer. A rake arm, outfitted with rake blades, perpetually rotates, gently turning the materials. As the materials glide over the drying tray's surface in an exponential spiral form, they transition from the smaller drying tray to the larger one below, cascading through the layers in an alternating pattern. This design ensures a smooth, uninterrupted flow of materials throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plates are infused with heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, which enter from one end and exit from the other end. As the material descends through the dryer, it is collected on the final layer and conveyed to the discharge port. Moisture escapades are managed via a dehumidification port located on the top cover.
