SZG Series Conical Vacuum Dryer is a new generation drying devicedeveloped by our factory on the basis of combining the technology ofsimilar equipment. lt has two connecting ways, i.e. belt or chain.Therefore it is stable in operation, The special design guarantees twoshafts realize good concentricity. Heat medium and vacuum system alladapt reliable rotating connector with the technology from USA. On thisbasis, we also developed SZG-A. It can carry out steppless speedchange and constant temperature control.As a professional factory in drying industry, we supply hundred sets tothe customers every year. As for heat medium, it may be thermal oil orsteam or hot water. For drying the adhesive raw material, we havedesigned specially a stirring plate buffer for you.


Applications:
It is suitable for the raw materials that need to concentrate, mixed anddried at low temperature (for example, biochemistry) products inchemical, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. Particularly it issuitable for the raw materials that are easy to be oxidized, volatilized andhave heat sensitivity and is toxic and not permitted to destroy its crystalin drying process.

Features:

Principe:
1.Heat source (for example, low pressure steam or thermaconduct oil) pass through the sealed jacket. The heat will betransmitted to raw material to be dried through inner shell;
2.Under driving of power, the tank is rotated slowly and the rawmaterial inside it is mixed continuously. The purpose of reinforceddrying can be realized;
3. The raw material exists is under vacuum, The drop of steampressure makes the moisture isolvent) at the surface of rawmaterial become saturation and will evaporate. The solvent will bedischarged through vacuum pump an recovered in time. The innermoisture (solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate anddischarge continuously.The three processes are carried outunceasingly and the purpose of drying can be realized within a short time.
