Principle:
The material is uniformly distributed on the mesh belt by the feeder, employing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel design. Aided by a driving device, it journeys through the dryer, which comprises several units where hot air circulates independently. Special dehumidifying fans discharge a portion of the tail gas, while the exhaust is regulated by valves to control heat and moisture removal. The net belt moves at an adjustable speed aligned with material temperature needs, continuously delivering the dried product to the feeder. The system's flexibility is further enhanced with customizable cycle units and unit numbers tailored to individual requirements.
