Overview:
The LPG Series Centrifugal Spray Dryer utilizes a centrifugal atomizer to efficiently dry liquid materials, making it a staple in modern industrial production. Spray drying is an essential technique in liquid forming and drying, ideal for producing powdery and granular products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and pumpable liquids. It ensures uniform particle size distribution, optimal moisture content, bulk density, and precise particle shape.
Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates by filtering and heating air, which then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. This hot air is uniformly spiraled into the drying chamber. The feed liquid is filtered and pumped to the centrifugal atomizer, where it is dispersed into fine mist droplets. Rapid evaporation occurs as the feed liquid interacts with the hot air, instantly drying and forming the finished product. The dried product is collected from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while the exhaust gas is expelled via the fan. Users can customize heating modes and dust collection systems based on their specific needs.
