Principle:Our drying process begins by evenly distributing the material on a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt via the feeder. The material advances through the dryer propelled by a precise driving mechanism. The dryer comprises multiple units, each with an independent hot air circulation system. Tail gas is skillfully expelled using a specialized dehumidifying fan, with exhaust control managed by a regulating valve to ensure optimal drying and moisture removal. The mesh belt operates at an adjustable speed, tailored to the material temperature, leading to a seamless and continuous discharge of the finished product into the feeder. The system's modular design allows for flexible adjustments, with customizable unit numbers to meet user-specific requirements.

A specialized dehumidifying fan meticulously manages exhaust gases within each unit through precision control valves. The upper circulation unit features air circulation powered by fan (5), channeling air into the unit's lower chamber via a strategically placed side air duct. Here, the air is heated as it rises through heater 7 and elegantly distributed by distributor 6. As a jet flow, the air penetrates the mesh belt, interacting with the material as it ascends into the upper chamber. This intricate drying process ensures optimal heat and mass transfer, achieved as the hot air sweeps through the material layer. The upper chamber is seamlessly linked to the fan inlet via an air duct. While most gas recirculates, a portion with lower temperature and moisture content is expertly managed by control valves and moisture fans, channeling it through a large exhaust pipe. In the lower circulation unit, air from the fan initially fills the upper chamber, descends through the heat exchanger, permeates the material layer, and enters the lower chamber. This chamber, connected to the fan through side air and return air ducts, supports continuous gas circulation with partial discharge. Our system's versatility allows for customizable up and down loop units and the flexibility to adjust unit numbers to meet your specific needs.
