Vacuum drying involves heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions. Utilizing a vacuum pump for suction and dehumidification, the process accelerates drying rates and conserves energy. Vacuum drying equipment is categorized into static and dynamic dryers. YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum dryers are static, keeping materials unaltered, while SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryers are dynamic, promoting even, thorough drying. The vacuum state lowers the solvent's boiling point, making it suitable for heat-sensitive or unstable materials. Additionally, its excellent sealing property is perfect for drying materials requiring solvent recovery and containing irritants or toxic gases. Operational Principle:
1) Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into a closed interlayer, transferring heat to the material inside through the inner shell.
2) Powered rotation gently mixes the materials inside the tank, significantly enhancing the drying process.
3) In a vacuum state, reduced vapor pressure causes surface moisture (solvent) to evaporate and be discharged by a vacuum pump. The internal moisture continuously evaporates and is removed, ensuring efficient drying in a short period.
