The two-dimensional mixer, officially named the two-dimensional movement mixer, operates by enabling the drum to move simultaneously in two directions. These directions include the rotation of the drum, which coincides with the swing of the frame. The material within the drum rotates, flips, and blends with the drum's rotation, while also undergoing a left to right mixing motion in sync with the drum's swinging, achieving thorough mixing in a brief period.
Principle:
Powered by the driving shaft, the barrel containing the materials performs compound movements of translation and tumbling. These actions induce the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially inside the barrel, ensuring comprehensive flow, spread, accumulation, and mixing, resulting in a complete and efficient blending process.

These mixers are predominantly employed in the pharmaceutical, food, dye, feed, chemical fertilizer, and pesticide industries. They are particularly adept at mixing various solid materials with substantial volumes (1,000 to 12,000 liters). The mixing barrel both swings and rotates, allowing the materials within to achieve a complete and thorough mix.
