The Heavy-Duty Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer is ideal for the chemical, light, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, oil, slag, salt, and sugar industries for processes such as drying, cooling, and wetting. When used as a dryer, it can simultaneously perform drying and cooling functions, allowing for immediate packaging of the product. Large equipment typically employs a split design to minimize vibration, thereby reducing energy consumption.
Operational Principle:
Raw materials are fed into the machine's inlet and move forward continuously along the horizontal plane under the influence of vibration. Hot air traverses the fluidized bed, facilitating heat exchange with the damp raw material. The moist air is then cleaned by a cyclone separator and expelled through the air outlet, while the dry raw material is discharged through the designated outlet.
