Product Description

Overview:
Flash dryer is a hot air tangent into the bottom of the dryer, in the agitator driven to form a strong rotating wind field. Material from the screw feeder into the dryer, under the strong action of high-speed rotating mixing paddle, the material by impact, friction and shear force, the bulk material is quickly crushed, full contact with hot air, heating, drying. The dry material is carried into the dust collection system to collect and treat. The exhaust gas with dust content of 50mg/m3 is discharged by the induced draft fan to complete the whole drying process.

Principle:

Hot air enters the annular gap at the bottom of the drying chamber in tangent direction from the inlet pipe and rises spirally. At the same time, the material is added into the tower quantitatively by the feeder and is fully heat exchanged with hot air, the larger and wetter materials are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. The lower wet content and the smaller particle size materials rise together with the rotating air flow and are transported to the separator for gas-solid separation. The finished products are collected and packed, the exhaust gas is discharged after being treated by the dust removal device.
