Operational Principle:
The air circulation system utilizes a fan-driven air supply method, ensuring uniform and efficient air distribution throughout the oven.
A circulating air supply motor, equipped with a contactless switch, drives the wind wheel through the heater, propelling hot air through the air duct and into the oven's interior. The used air is then recirculated, ensuring consistent and even heating throughout.
When door actions cause temperature fluctuations, the air supply circulation system quickly restores the set temperature, maintaining optimal operation.
