Principle:Materials are uniformly distributed onto the mesh belt via a feeder, employing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt. Propelled by a driving device, the dryer comprises multiple units where each unit's hot air circulates independently. Tail gas is expelled by a dedicated dehumidifying fan, with exhaust managed by a regulating valve, facilitating effective heat transfer, drying, and moisture removal. The belt's speed is adjustable based on material temperature, ensuring consistent product output.
