The Two-Dimensional Motion Mixer, aptly named for its ability to move in two simultaneous directions, features a rotating drum that swings with the frame. This dual motion-rotation and swinging-allows the mixed materials inside the drum to rotate, flip, and mix thoroughly. As the drum swings left and right, the materials blend completely in a short time.
Principle:
Driven by the driving shaft, the barrel loaded with materials performs cyclical compound movements, including translation and tumbling. This causes the materials to move annularly, radially, and axially, achieving mutual flow, spreading, accumulation, and thorough mixing for a fully integrated mixture.
