This dryer boasts rapid drying speeds, superior evaporation intensity, and outstanding product quality. It is particularly advantageous for processing paste materials from dehydrated filter cakes, which can be granulated or formed into strips for drying.
Principle:The drying process begins as material is evenly distributed on the mesh belt by a feeder. Utilizing durable 12-60 mesh stainless steel, the belt is driven through the drier. The system comprises multiple units, each providing independent circulation of hot air, with tail gas partially vented by a specialized dehumidifying fan and exhaust gases modulated via a regulating valve. This setup ensures efficient heat distribution, moisture removal, and drying. The belt's speed can be adjusted to suit material temperature, resulting in a continuous flow of dried product to the feeder. For added flexibility, the configuration of up and down cycle units can be tailored to user requirements, allowing for selection of the necessary number of units.
In our cutting-edge DW Series Multi-Layer Dryer, the material in the hopper is systematically distributed over the mesh belt by a state-of-the-art feeder. The mesh belt, crafted from premium 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, is propelled by a sophisticated transmission device, guiding it through the high-efficiency dryer. This dryer is ingeniously designed with multiple units, each enjoying an independent hot air cycle. Part of the exhaust gas is expertly managed by a dedicated dehumidifying fan, while each unit's exhaust is regulated by precision control valves. In the upper circulation unit, air from an advanced circulating fan enters the unit's lower chamber via a side air duct. It is then heated by a superior heater, and, after precise distribution by an innovative distributor, the air is propelled into the mesh belt as a powerful jet stream, passing through the material into the upper chamber. The drying process is a marvel of engineering, as hot air flows through the material layer, ensuring efficient heat and mass transfer, with the upper chamber seamlessly connected by the air duct and fan inlet. A significant portion of the gas is recycled, while some, containing lower temperature and moisture, is expelled through a large exhaust pipe controlled by moisture fan discharge valves. In the lower circulation unit, air from the circulating fan initially enters the upper chamber, heats through the heat exchanger, traverses the material layer, and proceeds to the lower chamber. This chamber is meticulously connected to the fan via side and return air ducts, maximizing gas circulation with some discharge. The versatile up and down loop units can be tailored to user needs, with the number of units customizable to specific requirements.
Tailored for dehydrating vegetables, this sophisticated equipment is typically deployed in a three-stage series to form an initial dry section, an intermediate section, and a final dry section. During the early drying phase, when the material boasts high moisture content and limited permeability, a thinner material layer, expedited movement, and elevated drying temperatures are employed. Impressively, the drying gas temperature can reach 120°C or beyond during this stage. The material retention time in the final dry section extends to three to six times that of the initial phase, with the material thickness reaching two to four times that of the initial dry section. For applications where material temperatures must not exceed 60°C, a dry gas temperature around 80°C is utilized. The belt drier's performance is significantly enhanced through a multi-stage combination, ensuring uniformly consistent drying results.
