The DW Series Belt Dryer is a highly efficient continuous drying solution for batch processes, adept at handling sheet, strip, and granular materials with optimal air permeability. Ideal for drying dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal pieces, where high moisture content is a concern, it operates under lower material temperatures. It offers rapid drying, superior evaporation, and excellent product quality. For pasty dehydrated materials, filter cakes can be easily processed into granules or strips for drying.
Principle:Materials are uniformly distributed onto the mesh belt by a feeder, with the mesh belt crafted from 12-60 mesh stainless steel for superior durability. Driven through the dryer, each unit operates with independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan expels part of the tail gas, regulated by a control valve to ensure optimal heat and moisture removal. The net belt's slow movement can be adjusted in speed to suit the material's temperature needs, with the dried product continuously collected. The system's modular design allows for flexible configuration of up and down cycle units to meet user-specific requirements, with the option to scale the number of units as needed.

Crafted from robust 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, this mesh belt is powered by a sophisticated transmission device, moving smoothly within the dryer. Our dryer boasts a construction of several units, each with an independent hot air circulation system. Exhaust gases are expertly managed by a specialized dehumidifying fan, allowing precise control through valves. In the upper circulation unit, air from the circulating fan is guided via side air ducts into the lower chamber, ascending through heater 7 and dispersed by distributor 6. This orchestrated airflow creates a jet stream that penetrates the material, facilitating the heat and mass transfer process, while maintaining a seamless connection between the upper chamber, air ducts, and fan inlets. The smart cycle system ensures most gases recirculate, while a portion, with lower temperature and moisture, is efficiently expelled. In the lower circulation unit, air follows a similar path, descending through the heat exchanger, passing through the material layer, and entering the lower chamber. The system's flexibility allows for customization of up and down loop units, ensuring adaptability to user needs.
Providing an exceptional solution for vegetable dehydration, this dryer elegantly utilizes three sets of state-of-the-art equipment in series to meticulously create an initial dry section, an intermediate section, and a final dry section. In the early stages, the high moisture content and poor permeability of the material necessitate a thinner material layer, accelerated running speed, and higher drying temperatures, often reaching up to 120°C or more. As the material progresses to the final dry section, its retention time increases by 3-6 times, with the material layer thickness expanding 2-4 times compared to the initial stage. For materials requiring temperatures not exceeding 60°C, approximately 80°C dry gas is employed. The multi-stage combination enhances the performance of the belt dryer, ensuring unparalleled and uniform drying.
