Principle:The material is expertly and evenly distributed onto the mesh belt by a feeder, using a 12-60 mesh stainless steel fabric. Driven by an efficient device, the material traverses the dryer, which is composed of multiple independently circulating hot air units. A specialized dehumidifying fan expels part of the tail gas, managed by a regulating valve to meticulously control exhaust, heat, and moisture removal. The net belt's velocity is adjustable, ensuring optimal drying as the finished product is seamlessly collected by the feeder. The up and down cycle units can be customized to meet user specifications, with the number of units tailored to precise requirements.

Meanwhile, in the lower circulation unit, air flows from the circulating fan into the upper chamber, undergoing heating through a heat exchanger. It then traverses the material layer into the lower chamber, with strategic connections to the fan via side and return air ducts, allowing for efficient gas circulation and discharge. The flexibility of our system enables customization of the number and arrangement of loop units to suit user requirements, affirming our commitment to delivering tailored solutions.
Our versatile equipment excels in dehydrating vegetables, employing a sophisticated three-stage system to achieve optimal results. The configuration includes an initial dry section, an intermediate section, and a final dry section. During the early dry stage, where material moisture content is high and permeability is a challenge, we employ a thinner material layer, accelerate the running speed, and elevate the drying temperature to ensure effective dehydration. The initial drying stage can reach temperatures as high as 120°C or more, achieving rapid moisture reduction. As the process progresses to the final dry section, the material retention time increases significantly, ranging from three to six times that of the initial stage, and the material thickness expands to two to four times that of the initial phase. For requirements where material temperature must not exceed 60°C, we utilize a drying gas around 80°C.
