Our Efficient LPG Series Centrifugal Spray Dryer harnesses the power of centrifugal atomization to dry liquid materials, making it a cornerstone in industrial production. Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer's working principle is simple yet effective: Air, filtered and heated, enters the top of the dryer through the air distributor, spiraling uniformly. The feed liquid is pumped from its tank to the centrifugal atomizer atop the dryer, transforming it into tiny mist droplets. These droplets meet the hot air, causing rapid evaporation and instant drying. The finished product is collected from the tower's bottom and the cyclone separator, with waste gases expelled via the fan. Users can tailor the heating and dust removal modes to their specific needs.
