The Precision Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer is exceptionally versatile, catering to the chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, oil, slag, salt, and sugar sectors, among others. It excels in drying, cooling, and wetting processes. When employed as a drying apparatus, it simultaneously performs drying and cooling, allowing products to be packed directly post-process. For larger equipment, a split-type design is adopted to minimize vibration, thus reducing energy consumption.
Operational Principle:
Raw materials are introduced into the machine through the inlet and advance continuously in a horizontal direction due to the vibratory motion. Hot air traverses the fluidized bed, facilitating heat exchange with the moist raw material. The humid air is then filtered by a cyclone separator and expelled through the air outlet, while the dried raw material is discharged through a separate outlet.
