The Energy-Efficient Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer is ideal for use in the chemical, light, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, oil, slang, salt, sugar industries, and more. It excels in drying, cooling, and wetting processes. When utilized as a drying equipment, it performs simultaneous drying and cooling, allowing products to be packed directly. For larger equipment, a split type design is adopted to minimize vibration and reduce energy consumption.
Operational Principle:
Raw materials are fed into the machine through the inlet and continuously move forward horizontally under the influence of vibration. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the damp raw material. The damp air is then separated by a cyclone separator and exhausted through the air outlet, while the dried raw material is discharged through the discharge outlet.
