Operational Principle:
The hot air circulation oven employs a fan circulation air supply method for uniform and efficient air distribution.
The air source is driven by a circulating air supply motor (with a contactless switch) that powers the wind wheel through a heater, emitting hot air which circulates back through the air duct inside the oven. This used air is then recirculated and reheated, ensuring a uniform indoor temperature.
When temperature fluctuations occur due to door operation, the air supply circulation system swiftly restores the set temperature value.
