Principle:
The Vacuum Rake Dryer is an innovative horizontal intermittent vacuum drying system. In this setup, the wet material undergoes evaporation through conduction. A scraper agitator continuously cleanses materials from the heated surface, allowing them to circulate within the container. As the water evaporates, a vacuum pump effectively removes it. In the chemical industry, this dryer is predominantly employed for drying organic semi-finished products and fuels.
The vacuum rake driller utilizes a steam jacket to indirectly heat materials under a high vacuum, making it exceptionally suitable for materials that are heat-sensitive, prone to oxidation, or generate powder upon drying.
