A centrifugal spray dryer employs a centrifugal atomizer to dry liquid materials, making it a staple in industrial production. This process is highly effective in liquid forming and drying applications, producing powdery and granular products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and liquid raw materials. Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer works by heating air through a filter and heater, then directing it into the air distributor at the top of the dryer. Hot air uniformly enters the dryer in a spiral motion. The feed liquid, filtered and pumped from a tank, is atomized into fine mist droplets by a centrifugal atomizer at the top. This mist contacts hot air, causing rapid evaporation and drying, with finished products discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator. Exhaust gases are expelled by a fan. Users can choose the heating mode and dust removal system based on their specific needs.
