Principle:
The drying process begins with the material being evenly distributed on the mesh belt by the feeder. Utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, the belt is driven through the drier, which is composed of several autonomous units that circulate hot air independently. Moisture is efficiently removed via a specialized dehumidifying fan, with exhaust gases regulated by control valves. The belt's slow movement allows adjustable running speeds based on material temperature, ensuring optimal drying of products. Our flexible design allows for customizable up and down cycle units and adjustable unit numbers to cater to specific user requirements.

In our upper circulation unit, air from the powerful circulating fan is channeled into the lower chamber, where it ascends through heater 7, becoming a warm, embracing breeze. This air, expertly distributed by distributor 6, then cascades as a jet flow onto the mesh belt, penetrating the material and rising into the upper chamber. This intricate drying process ensures the hot air flows seamlessly through the material layer, achieving optimal heat and mass transfer. The upper chamber connects elegantly to the air duct and fan inlet, enabling most gas to undergo cycling, while a portion, characterized by lower temperature and higher moisture, is skillfully expelled through a large exhaust pipe. In the lower circulation unit, air, invigorated by the circulating fan, first fills the upper chamber, descends through a heat exchanger, meanders through the material layer, and enters the lower chamber. This is all made possible through a smooth connection with the fan via the side air duct and return air duct, facilitating efficient cycling with selective discharge.
