Principle:
The dryer utilizes densely arranged wedge-shaped hollow shaft blades through which the heat medium flows, providing a vast heat transfer area per unit volume. Capable of accommodating temperatures from -40ºC to 320ºC, the heat medium may be steam or various liquids like water and oil. Indirect conduction heating is employed, minimizing heat loss. The wedge-shaped blades maintain clean heat transfer surfaces, thanks to the dynamic scrubbing action against material particles. The W-type shell, sealed to prevent dust and vapor loss, houses 2-4 hollow stirring shafts.
