Principle:Our cutting-edge belt dryer operates through meticulous material distribution on a stainless steel mesh belt, ranging from 12 to 60 mesh. Driven seamlessly within the dryer, each unit operates independently with a specialized hot air circulation system. Equipped with a dehumidifying fan, it expertly manages exhaust, ensuring optimal moisture removal. The customizable belt speed caters to specific material temperature requirements, delivering consistently dried products into the feeder. This design offers flexible unit configurations tailored to user specifications.
The material within the hopper is gracefully and evenly spread across the mesh belt by a precision-engineered feeder. This belt, crafted from robust 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, is guided by a sophisticated transmission system, propelling it through the dryer. The dryer itself is an assembly of multiple units, each boasting a dedicated hot air circulation system. Evacuation of exhaust gas is efficiently managed by a specialized dehumidifying fan 4 and controlled via individual unit valves. Within the upper circulation unit, air propelled by the circulating fan (5) enters the unit's lower chamber via side air ducts. The air is then elevated through heater 7, being meticulously distributed as a jet flow by distributor 6 onto the mesh belt. It permeates the material, emerging into the upper chamber, completing the heat and mass transfer process. The interconnection of the upper chamber with the fan inlet via air ducts ensures a majority of the gas recycles, while cooler, moisture-laden gas exits through a large exhaust pipe, guided by control valves and moisture fans. The lower circulation unit sees the air first enter the upper chamber, warming via the heat exchanger, before descending through the material layer into the lower chamber. This chamber connects to the fan through side and return air ducts, allowing most gas to recycle with a portion being discharged. The adaptable design allows for customization of up and down loop units and selection of unit numbers according to user-specific needs.
Ideal for the dehydration of vegetables, this system typically employs a trio of equipment sets arranged in series to craft an initial dry section, a middle section, and a final dry section. In the early drying phase, the material's high moisture content and limited permeability necessitate a reduced material thickness, swifter operational speed, and elevated drying temperatures. Here, the gas temperature can soar to 120°C or beyond. Contrarily, the final drying phase extends the material retention period 3-6 times longer than in the initial phase, with material thickness increasing 2-4 times. For materials requiring a temperature cap of 60°C, dry gas heated to approximately 80°C is utilized. By employing a multi-stage configuration, the belt dryer achieves superior performance, delivering markedly uniform drying results.
