Description:
The disc continuous dryer represents an efficient and innovative conductive continuous drying solution. Its unique structure and operational principle ensure high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, a compact footprint, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and a superior operating environment.
Operational Principle:
Wet materials are continuously fed from the feeder to the first layer drying plate at the top of the dryer. A rotating rake arm with rake blades continuously flips the materials. The material travels across the drying tray surface in an exponential spiral. On smaller drying trays, the material moves to the outer edge and falls onto the larger drying tray below. Here, it moves inward and drops to the next layer of the small tray from the center feeding port. The alternating arrangement of large and small drying plates allows a continuous material flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plate is filled with a heating medium, which can include saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt. The medium enters from one end of the drying plate and exits from the other. The dried material is collected from the last layer's tray and transported to the discharge port by the rake blades. Moisture exits the material via the dehumidification port on the top cover, or through the vacuum port in a vacuum disc dryer. The dry materials can be directly packaged. By incorporating auxiliary equipment like finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, pre-dryers, and induced draft fans, drying capacity can be enhanced. Additionally, paste-like and heat-sensitive materials can facilitate solvent recovery, and the system supports operations such as heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reactions.

Features:
Easy to Regulate
Optimize the drying process by adjusting the material layer thickness, spindle speed, number of rake arms, as well as the type and size of rake blades.
Each layer of the drying tray can be individually supplied with cold or hot media, allowing precise and easy control over the material temperature.
Accurately adjust the residence time of materials.
Ensuring uniform drying without the need for mixing, the material flows in a single direction with no backmixing.
Effortless Operation
The driving and parking operations of the dryer are straightforward, ensuring user-friendly interaction.
After halting the feed, the material scraper swiftly clears the dryer, ensuring minimal downtime.
Featuring a special large-sized inspection door mirror, it offers meticulous cleaning and comprehensive observation of the equipment's interior.
Energy-Efficient Performance
The material layer is ultra-thin, the spindle rotates at low speed, and the material conveyance system is designed to consume minimal power, resulting in reduced electricity usage.
Heat conduction drying boasts high thermal efficiency and significantly low energy consumption.
Eco-Friendly Design
Atmospheric Pressure Type: With a low internal airflow velocity and varied humidity levels, dust remains grounded, ensuring that exhaust gases from the dehumidification outlet are virtually dust-free.
Sealed Type: Featuring a solvent recovery device, it efficiently captures organic solvents from moisture-carrying gases. The recovery device is both simple and highly effective. For hazardous materials, protective gas can be used, ensuring safe operation. This makes it ideal for drying flammable, explosive, and toxic substances.
Vacuum Type: Operates under vacuum conditions, making it perfect for drying heat-sensitive materials.
Hassle-Free Installation
The dryer is fully assembled and transported as a single unit. It requires only lifting and precise positioning, simplifying the installation process.
Thanks to its dry tray layout and vertical design, even a large drying area occupies minimal floor space.
