Principle:
The drying process begins as the material is uniformly distributed over the mesh belt by the feeder. Utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel belt, the material advances through the dryer, propelled by the driving mechanism. The dryer is structured in multiple units, with each unit featuring independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan expels a portion of the tail gas, regulated by exhaust valves to effectively manage moisture removal. The mesh belt's speed is adjustable, allowing precise control based on material temperature. Post-drying, the finished product seamlessly transitions to the feeder. The system's modular design accommodates flexible up-and-down cycle units, tailoring the number of units to meet user demands.
The material, initially placed in the hopper, is meticulously spread onto the mesh belt by the feeder. This mesh belt is typically crafted from 12 -60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, seamlessly driven by the transmission device to glide through the dryer. Once distributed by distributor 6, the air erupts as a jet flow into the mesh belt, subsequently passing through the material into the upper chamber. The drying process is complete with the hot air traversing through the material layer, fulfilling the heat and mass transfer requirements. This upper chamber connects via an air duct to the fan inlet. Primarily, the gas circulates while a fraction of the lower temperature and moisture-rich gas is expelled through a large exhaust pipe and control valves. In the lower circulation unit, the air from the fan initially enters the upper chamber, where it warms through the heat exchanger, descends through the material layer, and enters the lower chamber. Here, the lower chamber is seamlessly connected to the fan by side and return air ducts, allowing for maximal gas circulation with partial discharge. These up and down loop units are customizable per user specifications, with a choice of unit number to suit varying demands.
Ideal for dehydrating vegetables, this advanced system utilizes three interconnected equipment sets, forming a comprehensive drying sequence: the initial dry section, the intermediate section, and the final dry section. In the concluding drying phase, the material retention duration extends to 3 -6 times that of the initial stage, with the material thickness ranging from 2 -4 times greater. For materials requiring temperatures not surpassing 60°C, an approximate 80°C dry gas can be employed.
