Rotary drum dryer (the dryer drum) is an extensively utilized drying equipment essential in the chemical industry, light industry, coal, building materials, mining, and metallurgy sectors. Principle:
When damp raw material is introduced from one end, it is turned over by blades distributed inside the cylinder, ensuring uniform distribution within the dryer and complete contact with the countercurrent hot air. This enhances the heat conduction process. During the drying period, under the influence of inclined blades and hot air streams, the raw material moves to the star section of the dryer and is eventually discharged through the discharging valve.
