Operational Principle:
Starting at the uppermost layer of the dryer, wet materials are consistently fed from the feeder onto the initial drying plate. With a rotational motion, the rake arm, equipped with blade rakes, incessantly flips the materials, facilitating movement along an exponential spiral over the drying tray surface. On small trays, materials are pushed to the edges and descend onto the larger drying trays below, where they journey inward to the next small tray through a central feeding slot. This alternating assembly of large and small drying plates enables seamless material flow throughout the dryer.
The hollow drying plates are infused with various heating mediums such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, and high-temperature molten salt, entering from one end and exiting the other.
