Principle:
The centrifugal spray dryer operates by filtering and heating air, which then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, creating a uniform spiral hot air flow. The feed liquid is pumped from the tank to the centrifugal atomizer, spraying it into minute mist droplets. As these droplets come into contact with the hot air, rapid evaporation occurs, drying the product almost instantaneously. The finished product is then collected from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, with the waste gas being expelled by a fan.
