Principle:The process begins as materials are evenly distributed on the mesh belt via the feeder, utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. Driven by a robust mechanism, the dryer comprises multiple units, each with independent hot air circulation. Tail gas is expertly managed with a specialized dehumidifying fan and regulated exhaust gas valves, optimizing heat, drying, and moisture removal. The mesh belt's adjustable speed ensures precision, with dried products seamlessly transitioning to the feeder. Users can customize with up and down cycle units and select the number of units based on specific requirements, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in operations.
Within the sophisticated process of our Energy-Saving Belt Drying Equipment, the material in the hopper is meticulously spread onto a mesh belt by a precise feeder. This mesh belt, crafted from high-quality 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire, is driven by a state-of-the-art transmission system that guides it through the dryer. Comprised of multiple units, each featuring an independent hot air cycle, the dryer ensures optimal drying conditions. A specialized dehumidification fan expels part of the exhaust gas through control valves, promoting efficient heat exchange. In the advanced upper circulation unit, air propelled by the circulating fan flows into the unit's lower chamber via the side duct. Heated by the superior heater, this air is then uniformly distributed by the distributor, creating a powerful jet stream that penetrates the mesh belt to interact with the material, culminating in the upper chamber. This strategic design facilitates a seamless heat and mass transfer process, where most of the gas is recirculated while the rest, containing lower moisture and temperature, is efficiently expelled. Interestingly, the lower circulation unit mirrors this dynamic, allowing air to enter the upper chamber first, heat up through the exchanger, pass through the material, and enter the lower chamber. Here, returned air is expertly managed to ensure maximum efficiency. Adaptability is key, with customizable up and down loop units and selectable unit numbers tailored to user requirements.
Our innovative dryer is expertly designed for the dehydration of vegetables, using a seamless integration of three sets of equipment in series to craft the initial, intermediate, and final dry sections. During the initial phase, materials with high moisture content and poor permeability are treated with a reduced material thickness, accelerated running speed, and elevated drying temperatures that can soar to 120°C or above. As we transition to the final drying stage, the retention time multiplies to 3-6 times that of the initial phase, with material thickness increasing 2-4 times. For temperature-sensitive materials, we skillfully utilize dry gas around 80°C.
