It can effectively handle paste materials from dehydrated filter cakes by granulating or strip-forming them before drying.
Principle:
Materials are evenly distributed onto the mesh belt by the feeder, made from durable 12-60 mesh stainless steel. The belt is driven through a sophisticated dryer system composed of multiple units, each featuring independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan manages tail gas discharge, with a regulating valve controlling exhaust gases, ensuring optimal heat and moisture removal. The net belt's speed is adjustable to match material temperature needs, allowing for continuous collection of finished products. Customizable up and down cycle units cater to user requirements, with the number of units selectable to suit specific needs.
In our advanced drying system, the material is meticulously spread onto the mesh belt by the feeder. Crafted from durable 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, the mesh belt moves seamlessly through the dryer, powered by a reliable transmission device. The dryer consists of multiple units, each boasting an independent hot air cycle. Exhaust gases are expertly managed by a dedicated dehumidifying fan and control valves. In the upper circulation unit, air from the circulating fan is funneled into the unit's lower chamber through a side air duct. Heated by heater 7, the air is deftly distributed by device 6, becoming a jet flow that permeates the mesh belt, interacting with the material to ascend into the upper chamber. This ingenious process ensures optimal heat and mass transfer, with the upper chamber connected to the fan inlet via air ducts. Most of the gas is efficiently recycled, with only a portion, characterized by lower temperature and moisture, exiting via a large exhaust pipe. In the lower circulation unit, air first enters the upper chamber, is heated by the heat exchanger, and then passes through the material layer into the lower chamber. This chamber is linked to the fan through side and return air ducts, allowing most gases to recycle, while some are vented. These versatile up and down loop units can be customized according to user requirements, with unit numbers tailored to specific needs.
Our equipment is perfectly designed for dehydrating vegetables, typically employing three interconnected systems to form the initial, intermediate, and final drying sections. During the initial phase, the material's high moisture content and poor permeability require a thinner material layer, faster running speeds, and higher drying temperatures. Here, drying gas temperatures can soar to 120°C or more. As the material progresses to the final drying section, retention time stretches to three to six times that of the initial section, while material thickness doubles or quadruples. For scenarios where material temperatures must not exceed 60°C, dry gas around 80°C can be utilized. By leveraging a multi-stage combination, the belt dryer performs optimally, ensuring more uniform drying.
