The Double-Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer is an advanced piece of equipment that combines mixing and vacuum drying. This pressure difference causes internal moisture to diffuse to the surface, where water molecules gain enough kinetic energy to evaporate into the low-pressure vacuum chamber and are then removed by a vacuum pump, achieving separation from the solid material.

1. During vacuum drying, the cylinder pressure remains lower than atmospheric pressure, resulting in a lower density of gas molecules and oxygen content. This environment is ideal for drying oxidation-prone substances, minimizing bacterial contamination risks.
2. As the vaporization temperature of moisture is proportional to steam pressure, vacuum drying allows moisture to vaporize at low temperatures, making it particularly suitable for heat-sensitive pharmaceutical materials.
3. Vacuum drying prevents surface hardening due to the significant pressure difference between the material's interior and surface, ensuring uniform drying.

Principle:
The double-cone dryer features a rotating double-cone tank. Under vacuum conditions, steam or hot water heats the tank through a jacket.
