Description:
Our belt dryer represents a paragon of continuous drying solutions designed for batch production. It expertly dries sheet, strip, and granular materials that boast excellent air permeability, making it ideal for processing items like dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, and Chinese herbal pieces-particularly those with high moisture content that cannot endure high temperatures. This series excels with its rapid drying rates, robust evaporation intensity, and superior product quality. For paste-like materials from dehydrated filter cakes, granulating or strip-forming prior to drying is recommended.
Principle:The drying operation begins with an even distribution of material across the mesh belt via a specialized feeder. This belt, ranging from 12-60 mesh stainless steel, is propelled through the drier by a driving mechanism. The drier itself is segmented into multiple units, each featuring independent hot air circulation. A dedicated dehumidifying fan expels parts of the tail gas, while a regulating valve meticulously controls exhaust, optimizing heat application and moisture removal. The mesh belt moves at a carefully modifiable speed, adapting to material temperature requirements. After processing, dried products are seamlessly collected in the feeder. Moreover, the configuration of up and down cycle units is customizable based on user-specific requirements, with unit numbers adjustable as needed.
The material in the hopper is meticulously and uniformly spread onto the mesh belt by the advanced feeder system. This mesh belt, crafted from 12 to 60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, is driven by a sophisticated transmission device to glide seamlessly within the dryer. Our state-of-the-art dryer comprises multiple units, with each unit boasting an independent hot air circulation system. Part of the exhaust gas is efficiently managed by a specialized dehumidifying fan, while each unit's exhaust gas is meticulously controlled via a dedicated control valve. In the upper circulation unit, air is propelled by the circulating fan into the unit's lower chamber through a side air duct. The air is then heated upward by heater 7, subsequently distributed by distributor 6, transforming into a jet flow that penetrates the mesh belt and material layers, culminating in the upper chamber. This intricate drying process ensures the optimal heat and mass transfer, with the upper chamber seamlessly connected to the air duct and fan inlet. Most of the gas is ingeniously recirculated, while a fraction of the lower temperature and moisture-laden gas is discharged through a large exhaust pipe, controlled by moisture fans. In the lower circulation unit, air from the circulating fan first enters the upper chamber, heats via the heat exchanger, travels through the material layer, and descends into the lower chamber. This chamber is linked to the fan via side and return air ducts, with most gas recirculated and part discharged. Our versatile up-and-down loop units can be tailored according to user requirements, allowing flexible unit selection to meet diverse needs.
Our cutting-edge equipment is expertly designed for dehydrating vegetables, typically employing three sets of machinery in series to create the initial, intermediate, and final drying sections. In the preliminary drying stage, due to the elevated moisture content, the material exhibits poor permeability. Thus, a reduced material thickness, accelerated running speed, and elevated drying temperature are employed. At this stage, the drying gas temperature can soar to an impressive 120°C or higher. As the process progresses to the final dry section, the material's retention time extends to 3-6 times that of the initial stage, with the material thickness increasing by 2-4 times. For instances where material temperature must not exceed 60°C, dry gas around 80°C is utilized. The exemplary performance of our belt dryer is further amplified through multi-stage combination techniques, ensuring remarkably uniform drying.
