This sophisticated apparatus effortlessly achieves simultaneous drying and granulating. By fine-tuning pressure flow and atomizing hole size, it produces granules of specific sizes and ratios, catering to diverse process requirements.
Working Process: The raw material liquid, pumped through a high-pressure pump, is atomized into fine droplets. These droplets mix with hot air and descend, with most powder collected at the bottom discharge outlet. Wasted air and fine powder are separated via a cyclone, with exhaust air exiting through a draught fan. Powder is collected at the cyclone's bottom, and an optional two-grade duster ensures a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The tower body, pipes, and separators in contact with raw material are crafted from premium SUS304. Fine glass cotton insulates the tower's inner and outer layers. Equipped with observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, the entire system is managed through an electric control panel.
Heat Source: The equipment operates on steam or an electric heater for convenient operation, rapid start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air.
