This advanced apparatus efficiently completes both drying and granulating processes simultaneously. By adjusting pressure flow and atomizing hole size, it produces granules of specific size and ratio, catering to diverse process requirements.
Working Process: The raw material liquid is pumped through a high-pressure pump and atomized into fine droplets, which then mix with hot air as they descend. Most of the powder material is collected at the bottom discharge outlet. A cyclone separates wasted air and fine powder. Exhaust air exits through a draught fan, while powder is collected at the cyclone's bottom. An additional two-grade duster can be installed at the outlet, ensuring a recovery rate of 96%-98%.
Construction: The equipment's tower body, pipes, and separators that contact the raw material are made of SUS304. Fine glass cotton provides heat insulation between the tower's inner and outer layers. The tower body features observation doors, sight glasses, lamps, and control instruments, all managed via an electric control panel.
Heat Source: The equipment can utilize steam or an electric heater, offering user-friendly operation, rapid start-up, compact structure, and clean hot air. The electric control cabinet's internal control and regulation device allows stepless regulation of inlet temperature. In areas without electricity, steam or coal fuel can be used, partially or fully replacing electric heating.
