Principle:
In this advanced drying system, materials are uniformly distributed onto a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh belt by a feeder. Transported through the drier via a driving device, the apparatus comprises several units where each unit's hot air circulates independently. Tail gas is expelled by a specialized dehumidifying fan, with exhaust regulation managed by a valve, enabling precise heat application and moisture removal. The mesh belt's movement is slow and adjustable, allowing for customizable drying speeds based on material temperature. The finished product is seamlessly collected into the feeder post-drying, with the unit's configuration flexible to user specifications, allowing for tailored unit selection.

The drying process is a marvel of heat and mass transfer as hot air permeates the material layer, with the upper chamber linked to the fan inlet via ductwork. While most gas is recirculated, cooler, moisture-laden gas is discharged through exhaust systems. The lower circulation unit reverses the process, channeling air from the fan into the upper chamber, then downward after heating through a heat exchanger, subsequently flowing through the material layer into the lower chamber. This chamber connects to the fan via side and return air ducts, maintaining a predominantly recirculating system, with selective discharge.
