Operational Principle:
In this sophisticated drying system, wet materials are seamlessly introduced via the feeder, landing on the initial layer drying plate at the top of the dryer. Here, the rotating rake arm equipped with rake blades ensures constant material flipping. The material progresses over the drying tray in an exponential spiral path. From the small drying tray, it moves to the outer edge, descending onto the larger drying tray below. On this larger plate, it journeys inward, descending through the central feeding port onto the next smaller tray. This alternating arrangement of large and small trays allows for the continuous, fluid passage of materials through the dryer.
The hollow drying plates harness heating media such as saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, which flow from one side to the other, ensuring even heat distribution. Dried material from the last tray is collected on the aggregate tray and skillfully guided by the rake blades to the discharge port. Moisture release is efficiently managed via a dehumidification port at the top, with vacuum options available for enhanced moisture extraction.
