Principle:The drying process begins with the uniform spreading of material onto the mesh belt by the feeder. Utilizing a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, the belt is maneuvered through the dryer by a driving device. Comprising several units, each unit of the dryer operates with independent hot air circulation. A specialized dehumidifying fan expels part of the tail gas while a regulating valve controls the exhaust, effectively heating, drying, and dehumidifying the materials. The mesh belt moves at an adjustable speed, tailored to the material's temperature needs, while the dried product continuously falls into the feeder. The system offers flexibility with customizable up-and-down cycle units and unit quantity as per user requirements.

As materials transition to the final dry section, retention times extend up to sixfold compared to the onset, with material thickness increasing two to four times. For materials with temperature constraints not surpassing 60°C, drying gas temperatures around 80°C are employed.
