The rotary drum dryer (the dryer drum) is an essential piece of drying equipment with a broad range of applications in the chemical, light industry, coal, building materials, mining, and metallurgy sectors. Principle:
When the damp raw material is fed from one terminal, it is turned over through the blades distributed inside the cylinder. This ensures uniform distribution within the dryer and full contact with the countercurrent hot air, enhancing the heat conduction process. During drying, the inclined blades and hot air stream help move the raw material to the star section of the dryer for discharge through the discharging valve.
