Principle:
Densely packed with wedge-shaped hollow shaft blades, the heat medium flows through these blades. This provides an extensive heat transfer area per unit volume. With heat medium temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 320ºC-utilizing steam, water, or oil-the indirect conduction heating ensures minimal heat loss via air. The self-cleaning heat transfer surface of the blades maintains their efficiency by preventing buildup. The W-type shell includes 2-4 stirring shafts, enclosed to prevent dust leakage, ensuring high material levels for optimal heat transfer.
